KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, IT Big Data & Analytics to join our KPMG Technology Organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to planning and lead execution of establishing a roadmap and vision for information delivery and management; including the enterprise data warehouse, big data, BI & analytics, content management and data management
  • Develop the vision around design and management of data as it pertains to the business strategy and establish processes for governing the identification, collection and use of corporate metadata; take steps to assure metadata accuracy and validity
  • Lead data architects and data engineers to architect and deliver the solutions that fulfill the business information needs and align with the information vision and strategy
  • Apply business strategy while driving technology strategy, balancing short term and long term needs to ensure that the architecture can scale and evolve accordingly
  • Engage an end-to-end approach by connecting all pieces of data, and deliver the data while leveraging all available assets

Qualifications:

  • Eight years of progressive experience in Information management solutions and end-to-end development life-cycle support and SDLC processes
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Proven delivery history in Data Management Programs
  • Lead technical teams in a matrix environment
  • Broad knowledge of Data technologies and processes; Cloud, Unstructured, Big Data, MDM, Data Quality, Batch Cycles/ETL
  • Excellent understanding of Data warehousing architecture and technology, with delivery focus
