KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, to join our KPMG Business School Organization. This role has some flexibility to work remote.
Responsibilities:
- Provide digital learning solutions to establish a vision to the team, solution features and prioritizing solution backlog
- Collaborate with teams on instructional design, development, and implementation of learning solutions for client groups and strategic business initiatives
- Conduct user and market research, establish solution and market fit, as well as test and validate ideas
- Create user personas, user stories, wireframes and storyboards to communicate user flow
- Establish and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and create an overall analytics strategy
- Manage the solution roadmap life cycle and establish effective relationships
Qualifications:
- Minimum of ten years of creating digital solutions experience; preferably within a professional services firm or educational technology environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field from an accredited college or university; Master’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills in innovation and technology trends as well as integration of new learning solutions
- Demonstrated understanding of Agile methodology, Scrum, JIRA, with a focus on speed and quality
- Ability to influence, collaborate, and work effectively with colleagues on user interface and user experience concepts on technical requirements
- Strong problem solving, presentation, organizational, and communication skills
