KPMG is currently seeking an Associate/Sr. Associate Forensic Technology Data Analytics in Forensic - Technology for our KPMG Risk Consulting practice.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Advisory financial services clients in evaluating, validating, enhancing, and automating financial crimes systems such as anti-money laundering, sanctions systems, and fraud prevention/detection systems
• Perform scripting and software development to create financial crimes models and challenge client vendor models
• Assist in innovation initiatives to build out technology solutions and service offerings
• Write reports summarizing project work conducted for review by KPMG project leadership and ultimately the client

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics
• Experience with common data science toolkits, such as R, Python, SAS, SPSS, etc. and machine learning
• Skills in programming languages C# and SQL is a plus
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

Additional Qualifications for Senior Associate:

• Minimum of two years of relevant professional experience
• Exceptional interpersonal skills demonstrating the ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior executives and team members to generate new business relationships and projects
