KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, to join our Global Information Protection Group based in our Woodcliff Lake NJ or McLean Va location.
Responsibilities:
- Lead knowledge management efforts by redesigning, improving, and maintaining key internal and external repositories including customer facing portals
- Perform administrative support and communication tasks to facilitate the effective management of Information Protection Group (IPG) operations
- Provide support for vendor management efforts by assisting IPG Vendor Leads with tracking and maintenance of vendor contacts and relationships
- Participate in people management activities including planning, coordination, and development of key meetings and deliverables
- Manage main communication vehicles including IPG mailboxes and distribution lists
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of professional work experience in business operations
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
- Excellent business and writing skills
- Effective research, summarization and synthesizing skills
- Understanding of the risks and issues associate with global systems
- Comfortable working within administrative and technical processes
