Director, Advisory (Miami, Florida) (Multiple Positions) Provide financial and business due diligence assistance to companies and private equity investors. Analyze target company data to identify historical and projected financial and operating trends, quality of earnings and working capital considerations, and potential liabilities and risks. Create and design tailored transaction advisory reports specific to key issues such as normalized earnings, valuation model input assumptions, achievability of management's budget, and indebtedness considerations. Direct business development efforts. Provide real-time feedback and guidance to clients and diligence providers to ensure timely and efficient product delivery. WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) JOB REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline from an accredited college/university or a foreign equivalent and three years in the offered position or in a related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline from an accredited college/university or a foreign equivalent and seven years of experience (of which at least 5 years must be post bachelor's, progressive experience) in the offered position or in a related occupation. Of the experience required, must have three years of experience in: leading multinational due diligence engagements; applying working and technical knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards; and financial project management, including planning, organizing, and coordinating project goals and stakeholders towards the successful completion of finance-related projects. Travel up to 80 percent required. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
