KPMG is currently seeking a Director in Technology Enablement for our Management Consulting practice.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, drive, and convert new business development opportunities in the healthcare & life sciences industries
- Help our customers find new ways to deliver value to their customers and employees through digital experiences and transformation
- Lead senior business stakeholders through the definition of strategic goals, desired outcomes, behaviors, and measures of success
- Lead ethnographic research and teams of designs and architects to understand user behavior, motivations, and value drivers
- Translate opportunities into results by leading teams in creating valuable mobile apps and websites in collaboration with UX designers, developers, and delivery managers
- Manage client engagements and relationships while driving new business opportunities
Qualifications:
- A minimum of eight years of experience leading Human-Centered Design, User Experience Design, Design Thinking, and/or Digital Strategy efforts in a professional services environment, with a strong portfolio in the healthcare & life sciences industries
- Proven experience managing a portfolio of client relationships and generating revenue
- Strong track record of leading project teams, ensuring quality, and managing budgets and timelines
- Ability to identify, articulate, create, and deliver value for both businesses and users
- Excellent storytelling skills; oral, written, and visual communication
- Willing and able to travel to client and KPMG locations as needed
