KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Learning & Development to join our KPMG Audit Business School Organization.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as part of the design and development team leadership, coaching instructional designers and content developers
- Build instructional design skills and capability across team members in the department
- Coach team members on adult learning, instructional design and learning and development trends including best practices
- Oversee instructional design integrity by defining processes, tools/templates, and guidance
- Liaise with various groups and stakeholders, manage vendor relationships, and help to recruit for instructional design talent
- Design and develop high quality training in various modalities
Qualifications:
- Ten years of instructional design experience; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment
- Masters’ degree from an accredited college or university
- Experience designing for instructor-led and virtual environments, including video/micro-learning development
- Demonstrated skills and experience in adult learning theory and concepts
- Strong leadership skills and presentation skills
- Some experience in a regulatory environment
