KPMG is currently seeking a Director, to join our Markets & Accounts Organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive market and business strategy, as well as project management inclusive of annual marketing and business planning
  • Direct a team of marketing account managers to grow the business pipeline, and increase revenue by enabling firm expansion within the market
  • Local activation of national branding programs; including rollout and campaign execution
  • Industry marketing planning and account level business strategy and support
  • Coach and support client delivery partners in market development activities
  • Facilitate information sharing and collaboration with industries, functions and other business process groups

Qualifications:

  • Minimum fifteen years of progressive leadership, marketing and program management, business development support and/or account management experience; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; Master’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
  • Experience leading and managing a team within a complex, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders and decision makers
  • Experience in integrated marketing program development and execution with strong project management and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to leverage financial data to drive market development and marketing program recommendations
  • Understanding of marketing strategy and practical implementation of business to business marketing programs
