KPMG is currently seeking a Director in Technology Enablement for our Management Consulting practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide subject matter content of key utilities operational systems such as Outage Management, Work and Asset Management, GIS systems, and CIS systems including customer billing
  • Lead Advisory engagements for power and utility clients and establish meaningful relationships with clients through specific knowledge of their industry and operations
  • Identify and communicate findings to senior management and client personnel
  • Supervise and provide performance management for staff working on assigned engagements
  • Identify prospective engagements, develop proposals, and lead project contract negotiation

Qualifications:

  • Twelve years of relevant work experience in the power and utilities industry, with a focus in key utilities operational systems such as Outage Management, Work and Asset Management, GIS systems, and CIS systems including customer billing
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field
  • Demonstrated record of leading large, complex business reengineering and/or systems integration projects
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior level executives
  • Strong client services orientation and accustomed to taking an active role in executing engagements
  • Accomplished executive business development track record in the power and utilities sector, travel may be up to 80-100%
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
