KPMG is currently seeking a Director in Customer & Operations for our Management Consulting practice.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-to-end working capital (WC) solutions across the three cycles of WC including Payables, Receivables, and Inventory
- Drive discussions with clients regarding the issues in all three cycles with a C-Level executives
- Perform in-depth inventory analysis using quantitative approaches and hypotheses-driven approaches
- Lead highly skilled client and KPMG work teams throughout the project lifecycle by leveraging our supply chain approaches/frameworks and helping to ensure timely execution of project deliverables
- Participate in continual development and publication of thought leadership and service offerings
- Assist Partners with practice administration including: resource allocation, career development of staff, and other people management decisions
Qualifications:
- A minimum of eight years of management consulting experience in Working Capital consulting, selling, and delivering engagements for large organizations
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, engineering, operations analysis or a related field from an accredited college/university; MBA from an accredited college/university preferred
- Finance background and familiarity with leading Procurement (P2P) processes and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills to be able to guide their team with doing the right analysis and subsequently helping ensure the quality of that analysis; ability to lead in-depth inventory analysis using quantitative approaches
- Excellent foundational consulting skills including: strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills, impactful client presence, compelling facilitation and presentation skills, as well as the ability to communicate using PowerPoint (ability to storyboard and create a compelling value proposition)
- Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Ability to travel at a significant level, as needed
