KPMG is currently seeking a Director, to join our Big Deal Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage large scale pursuit and proposal efforts for the business
  • Drive the development and execution of the pursuit strategy
  • Develop pursuit timelines, client contact, and proposal production plans
  • Create and deploy pursuit management tools and methodologies
  • Provide coaching and strategic direction to partners and teams, including oral preparation and coaching

Qualifications:

  • Minimum twelve years of business development and client relationship management experience in the client service industry
  • Minimum ten years of experience leading and managing a team
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance or a related field from an accredited college or university; Master's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
  • Experience driving complex business development including pipeline management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as client and prospect management tools and software and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
  • Ability to travel forty percent annually
