KPMG is currently seeking an Engagement Set-Up Coordinator, to join our Business Tax Services Organization.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to partners and managers in areas of client and engagement set-up and acceptance
• Review and edit engagement letters
• Utilize research tools to obtain industry and financial data on new clients and engagements
• Obtain background checks, financial business reports and other relevant data as needed for client acceptance
• Provide guidance to engagement teams of risk procedures and direct teams toward the appropriate risk personnel in each situation
• Monitor and report status to engagement teams and assist with new client evaluations

Qualifications:

• Minimum three years of administrative and/or data management experience; preferably within a professional services environment
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
• Strong internet research skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work overtime as necessary
