KPMG is currently seeking an Executive Director, to join our Business Development Organization in one of our major offices in the US.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a member of the Business Development Organization, working across each business line
  • Build on existing capabilities across the negotiation client lifecycle to create a systematic, aligned and coordinated firm-wide approach to client negotiations
  • Collaborate with account teams on complex engagements and participate in deal negotiation
  • Develop infrastructure and processes that are characteristic of business development functions in top tier organizations
  • Deploy progressive approaches to foster KPMG’s competitive position in the market
  • Build rapport and confidence among internal partners, account teams and external clients

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of twelve years of client services experience with at least eight years of pricing negotiations experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; Master’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
  • Proven track record of successfully improving negotiation and pricing capabilities within high caliber organizations
  • Experience growing revenue from existing clients and maximizing cross-selling
