KPMG is currently seeking a Federal Proposal Manager, to join our Federal Proposal Organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the lifecycle proposal development process from pre-solicitation activities to contract award
• Transform win strategies and solutions into highly-competitive proposal documents through emphasis on the evaluator’s process and perspective
• Analyze solicitation requirements and provide effective direction to diverse writing teams
• Develop standard proposal management artifacts, including proposal plans, schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices
• Facilitate the use of a standard process across Federal proposals and contribute to internal process improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Minimum five years of Federal proposal experience, preferably within a professional services environment
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; Master’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
• Strong understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation
• Ability to independently write proposal content
• U.S. citizenship required
