KPMG is currently seeking a Federal Proposal Manager, to join our Federal Proposal Organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the lifecycle proposal development process from pre-solicitation activities to contract award
- Transform win strategies and solutions into highly-competitive proposal documents through emphasis on the evaluator’s process and perspective
- Analyze solicitation requirements and provide effective direction to diverse writing teams
- Develop standard proposal management artifacts, including proposal plans, schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices
- Facilitate the use of a standard process across Federal proposals and contribute to internal process improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of Federal proposal experience, preferably within a professional services environment
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; Master’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
- Strong understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation
- Ability to independently write proposal content
- U.S. citizenship required
