KPMG is currently seeking an IT Service Management Engineer to join our KPMG Technology Organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop roadmaps and participate in the standards process for security solutions
- Partner with Architecture teams to develop solution designs
- Maintain deep technical and business knowledge of industry directions and trends in the area of system engineering
- Drive to deliver technology and products in the roadmap on schedule and with the highest quality
- Provide advice, guidance and direction to carry out plans and procedures, ensuring schedule attainment, product development process adherence, performance and budget targets are met
- Provide last tier support for operations and support teams, including root cause analysis and preventative analysis
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of experience working in an IT environment with at least three years of experience managing and supporting ServiceNow related projects
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Experience in the administration/implementation/configuration and governance of an ITSM solution in a medium to large organization; ITIL/ITSM Framework and process definitions and how they integrate into IT projects and systems leveraging ServiceNow; Core ServiceNow modules like Incidents, Problems, Knowledge, Change, ESS
- Experience with Web Service Integrations between ServiceNow and other cloud or on-premises systems; XTML, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Ajax is a plus: knowledge and experience in customizing and developing forms and workflows in ServiceNow; lead a complete implementation of the ServiceNow platform
- Strong verbal/written communication, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority; must be able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and team work
- Strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; ability to participate in resource planning processes based on defined organizational plans; US Citizenship is required
