KPMG is currently seeking a Managed Network Security Analyst, to join our Global Business Organization.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the deployment of network technologies as a member of the Global Network Security team
• Provide operational support and network security support for both faults and service requests to all KPMG Member Firms subscribing to the Palo Alto Network Platform
• Adhere to strict Service Level Agreements for fault resolutions and service requests completions resulting; ensure 95% of faults are carried out within the Engineering team
• Identify and manage any escalated faults with 3rd party suppliers for major incidents, network improvements or correction of recurring problems; ensure Member Firms are kept informed of the progress of incidents/service requests and the internal systems are kept updated regularly
• Review and publish technical support bulletins, technical documentation for training materials, technical marketing collateral, manuals and troubleshooting guides
• Deliver excellence in customer service and provide on-call support 24/7 on an as needed basis

Qualifications:

• Minimum two years of firewall support and troubleshooting experience using Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Cisco FWSM, Check Point and Juniper
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience; Firewall and network management qualifications such as PCNSE, CCNP and CCNA are desirable
• Experience of WAN/LAN infrastructure support and SNMP monitoring products
• Excellent knowledge of Palo Alto security solutions covering Wildfire, Threat Prevention, URL filtering and Panorama
• Experience working in a complex 24/7 IP network environments
• Knowledge of Routing Protocols such as BGP & OSPF, OFPS and EIGRP
