KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Advisory Innovation to join our Global Services Organization.
Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of the U.S. Advisory Innovation, “Innovation Business Partner” (IBP) program
- Manage the implementation of all aspects of the strategic innovation function with a particular focus on providing targeted support for cross-Advisory innovation initiatives including the annual U.S. Advisory innovation investment process
- Develop and support execution of detailed strategic innovation plans for each facet of the Advisory IBP program
- Support development of market and competitive intelligence/research insights/reports for Advisory Innovation
- Integrate with KPMG internal and practitioner networks to translate market and client insights into actionable new solution development for Advisory Service Groups and Industry Practices
- Provide guidance with Advisory investment planning business case development, evaluation, and project management
Qualifications:
- Five years of professional services experience preferably within a strategy consulting environment
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university, Postgraduate or Master’s degree from an accredited college/university is preferred
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative research skills
- Good understanding of technology disruption and its likely impact on business/economic/policy/regulatory issues
- Strategic thinker with ability to translate early-stage concepts into clearly communicable content and actionable operational plans with high attention to detail
- Comfortable working with a startup mentality to develop and evolve a vision and manage an accelerated timeline
