KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, to join our Advisory Operations Organization.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, drive, and/or manage service-wide initiatives and projects as assigned by service leader
• Analyze relevant practice metrics to help ensure strategic objectives are met
• Recommend strategic and tactical operational changes that can influence achievement of objectives
• Develop and drive communications, presentations, marketing materials and necessary reporting
• Analyze and monitor the performance of support functions and recommend and implement process improvements

Qualifications:

• A minimum of five years of finance, client services delivery or related experience; preferably within a professional services environment
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
• Strong project management skills with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work directly with senior executive level leadership on a regular basis
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
