KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Audio Services to join our KPMG Technology Organization.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and correct problems with the voice communications equipment; provide configuration and problem resolution support for the company's voice platforms by utilizing understanding of Cisco Contact Center, IVR and call handling products including Cisco network management software and hardware
- Partner with the teams to collaborate best practices into Cisco Call Manager Telephony, Unity Voice Mail, Cisco IPCC applications and with Asset Management team to maintain inventory records for all equipment purchased, installed or controlled by Voice team
- Lead efforts to diagnose and resolve complex system configuration, production and deployment problems
- Must maintain and adhere to department polices in conjunction with the service delivery function (asset tracking, inventories, chargeback, documentation and the related systems, tools and processes)
- Lead and perform equipment, software, and firmware updates as recommended by industry standards and directed by the Engineering Team
- Perform routine system administration tasks including OS and application patches, upgrades and backups
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of IT Experience in supporting, maintaining, and configuring Cisco network equipment and operating systems
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- Networking knowledge and a strong understanding of Microsoft Skype for Business - Enterprise and VoIP products is required (i.e. various types of IP based voice products - Cisco CUCM, AVAYA Communications Manager 6.0x and higher, as well as legacy voice PBX vendors/products)
- Experience using Nectar Monitoring Tools and Service NOW ticketing is a plus; an understanding of how to troubleshoot and configure SIP based products; demonstrated implementation experience in CISCO Unity Voice Messaging, AVAYA Modular Messaging and Message Networking and CISCO UCCX/IVR is required
- Experience in configuring Cisco IOS based media gateway devices for ISDN PRI connections, as well as an understanding of advanced IP to IP gateway functionality; ability to assemble professional documents based on existing templates; must understand lifecycle management, the concept of a Detailed Test and Certification methodologies, Back-Out and Validation plans and procedures; soft client technologies such as MS Lync, CISCO IP-Communicator, AVAYA Find me Follow me and extension to cellular are a plus
- Must have excellent client interfacing skills, strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with all levels of management; candidate should have experience operating with colleagues across different time zones with a flexible approach to working hours (ability to work varied hours and weekends a must) in order to successfully interact and communicate on a global level
