KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Audio and Video Engineering to join our KPMG Technology Organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop roadmaps and participate in the standards process for security solutions
- Partner with architecture teams to develop solution designs
- Maintain deep technical and business knowledge of industry directions and trends in the area of system engineering
- Drive to deliver technology and products in the roadmap on schedule and with the highest quality
- Provide advice, guidance and direction to carry out plans and procedures, ensuring schedule attainment, product development process adherence, performance and budget targets are met
- Provide last tier support for operations and support teams, including root cause analysis and preventative analysis
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of experience working in an IT environment with at least three years managing and supporting ServiceNow related projects
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Experience with Ethernet, TCP/IP, switching and routing design concepts, network analyzers, Advanced Voice/Video Communications, Advanced Voice over IP/IPT (Cisco CUCM), Video delivery solutions, Video Conferencing, OCS/Lync/SFB integration, Video Conferencing Architectures (Polycom, Tandberg/Cisco
- Advanced audio, video, and basic network troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Enterprise WAN concepts (MPLS, QoS), load balancing hardware and concepts, Firewalls, Cloud concepts and solutions, Core Microsoft Services (AD/DHCP/DNS/WINS), Network/Voice/Video Management, Cisco UCS product family, webcasting solutions, Content Delivery Networking (Internal/External) preferred
