KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our Innovation Lab.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and facilitate effectively with team members and C-level executives in trends insights and design thinking sessions. Includes agenda design, session setup, facilitation, real time capture and production of session deliverables
  • Use graphic facilitation to lead the creation of high impact, visual outputs that showcase the research and client-driven outcomes from the sessions
  • Evolve the design thinking methodology and supporting marketing materials, including building a design thinking toolkit, quick reference cards and other materials
  • Develop Innovation Lab junior team members, including creating training materials and coaching on facilitation and presentation skills
  • Develop and manage project plans and financials

Qualifications:

  • Five to seven years of experience in designing and delivering collaborative sessions with clients including previous experience with facilitating sessions for senior leaders/clients
  • Bachelor's degree in business studies or visual communications from an accredited college/university
  • Knowledge of a variety of collaboration methodologies, tools, and design thinking principles
  • Familiarity with visual thinking, including an interest and ability to develop the drawing skills required to listen, capture and guide the conversation using graphic recording
  • Ability to work in an agile, adaptable, dynamic, fast-paced environment; ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity, and understand the work the team does to apply design thinking to solve complex business challenges
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Point, Word, Excel and Outlook, ability to learn new analytical tools
