KPMG is currently seeking a Manager in HR Transformation for our Management Consulting practice.
Responsibilities:
- Advise KPMG clients through the global shared services and business process outsourcing (BPO) planning, deployment, and management lifecycle
- Establish and standardize internal advisory tools and delivery frameworks
- Guide clients on alternative shared services delivery models including captive centers, joint ventures, spin-offs, and hybrid sourcing relationships
Qualifications:
- Five years of experience in BPO and/or shared services as well as three years of experience with an advisory firm or service provider providing sourcing, such as outsourcing and shared services, with emphasis in global BPO
- Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university
- Knowledge of finance and accounting, procurement, human resources, and information technology outsourcing industry and suppliers
- Demonstrated knowledge base in business operations, systems evaluation, and enterprise architecture and supplier governance
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage teams and complex work streams and gain the confidence and respect of senior level executives
- Travel may be up to 80-100%
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
