KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our Tax Transformation practice.
Responsibilities:
- Drive discussions and work with clients and Tax business teams to identify and analyze Tax business problems, develop technology solutions leveraging one or more digital technologies (Process Robotics, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, etc.)
- Lead one or more development teams in hands-on manner, delegate tasks and provide technical management oversight on projects
- Work on a wide variety of solutions based on Client’s and Tax engagement team needs using industry and subject matter experts throughout KPMG
- Lead the design and development of tools and solutions working with digital labor team, data team, web team to deliver solution that fits the needs
- Lead the preparation and presentation of materials including proposals, findings and reports; Review and analyze business requirements and provide technical feasibility and estimates
- Interface with internal stakeholders and external clients; Work effectively with various technology groups, clients and tax domain experts
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree from an accredited college/university or foreign equivalent in engineering, computer science or related fields, plus five to eight years of relevant experience
- Proven experience with programming on one or more languages - preferable in .NET (C#)/ Java / R / Python / SQL
- Strong experience in leading and delivering solutions preferably in areas (one or more) of digital labor, Cognitive solutions, Data Analytics, or Enterprise solutions
- Basics of a scripting language (JS/ VBS/ JavaScript)
- Experience with automation technologies (Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, WinAutomation, UiPath, etc.) are preferred
- High level of commitment, energy, drive, initiative and enthusiasm; Adaptability and flexibility and willingness to shift between roles; Ability to interface with internal stakeholders and external clients
