KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, to join our National Organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the signal aggregation from Extended Teams through quarterly interviews
- Support the synthesis of signal/trend data collected and formulation of priority topics/themes that warrant further action by the firm
- Coordinate and manage global quarterly webinars that designed to inform partners across the firm of key trends, insights, and changes that highlight key strategic opportunities and risks to secondary research teams and market analysis on topics/themes escalated for “deep dive” and further contextualization within the firm
- Contribute domain expertise for strategic sectors such as healthcare, finance, insurance; transform basic raw research into curated, digestible content and prepare insight reports highlighting the major takeaways and “so what's” of priority themes in order to support investment cases
- Catalyze new ventures arising from priority themes by creating investment cases to support new business planning and development alongside senior leaders assigned to lead development
- Support the development and launch of a signal aggregation and broadcasting platform, subsequently integrating insights into the platform on a recurring basis
Qualifications:
- Minimum six years of recent management consulting/strategy experience or experience in corporate innovation, new product/service development, or market research
- Master’s Degree or MBA from an accredited college or university
- Strong project management skills; strong research and presentation skills
- Proven ability to leverage data analysis techniques to discern market patterns; comfortable working with and leading discussions with senior leaders
- Experience with business intelligence and analytic tools, such as Tableau and Quid
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed
