KPMG is currently seeking a Manager in Technology Enablement for our Management Consulting practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Align with the strategy and direction set by senior management in setting individual and team goals as well as actively involved in practice management and staff development
  • Leverage industry specific knowledge to identify complex client issues and build long-term business relationships with key executives through engagement delivery and networking in professional organizations
  • Assess the situation and create possible solutions that match the business goals and vision of our clients and quickly adapts and enhance the existing tools and methodologies in problem resolution
  • Interact with both upper management, peers, and the client teams and alliance partners where needed effectively
  • Creatively think as a team and as an individual when situation demands it while keeping the best interests of the client
  • Manage work independently without supervision at a client site or in an internal project

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of SAP HCM / SuccessFactors related experience with a professional services advisory firm or publicly traded company and experience leading and delivering full life cycle global implementations
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university; MBA or MIS from an accredited college/university is preferred
  • Experience in deploying SuccessFactors Employee Central solution from design, development, integration, testing, and deployment with focus on SuccessFactors solution and key integrations such as Payroll, SAP ECC etc.
  • Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central; any other additional module certifications are a plus
  • Functional knowledge in key modules of SuccessFactors is needed
  • Travel may be up to 80-100%
