KPMG is currently seeking a Manager in Shared Services & Outsourcing for our Management Consulting practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise KPMG clients through the global shared services and business process outsourcing (BPO) planning, deployment and management lifecycle
  • Establish and standardize internal advisory tools and delivery frameworks
  • Guide clients on alternative shared services delivery models including captive centers, joint ventures, spin-offs, and hybrid sourcing relationships

Qualifications:

  • Eight years of experience in BPO and shared services
  • Three years of experience with an advisory firm or service provider providing sourcing, such as outsourcing and shared services, with emphasis in global BPO
  • Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university; MBA or advanced degree from an accredited college/university preferred
  • Knowledge of the real estate and facilities management industry including real estate transaction services and lease administration, facilities management technical and site services, facilities sourcing process management, and facilities site and services assessments and negotiations
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage teams, complex work streams, and gain the confidence and respect of senior level executives
  • Experience in account relationship growth and business development
  • Travel may be up to 80-100%
