KPMG is currently seeking a Manager in Shared Services & Outsourcing for our Management Consulting practice.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Managed Governance Service (MGS) delivery team with daily responsibility for delivery of MGS consulting services to our clients
- Consult with clients and KPMG project team members, gather and align requirements on how the work products should be customized to insure that analysis & results will support engagement decision making
- Function as a solution architect in designing and crafting both process and high level technical solutions that will meet our MGS client’s needs
- Function as a governance subject matter professional consulting with clients on governance best practices and guiding clients in the delivery of managed governance responsibilities
- Provide leadership in identifying, building, and growing MGS services and intellectual property
- Working with web based software solutions as well as the Microsoft Office suite to perform detailed analysis and summarize results in support of managing in-sourced and outsourced services
Qualifications:
- A minimum of five years of experience in delivery of outsourced services to clients with a minimum of five years of experience managing people
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university with a minimum of five years of outsourcing, consulting, and/or specific domain expertise
- Experience with Vendor Management / Governance of outsourced services from a third party
- Strong understanding of outsourcing concepts and contractual relationships (service level methodology, MSAs, Contract Schedules, Amendments, Pricing structures)
- Related experience in business process reengineering, business process outsourcing, financial services/analysis, or data analysis
- Travel may be up to 80-100%
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
