KPMG is currently seeking a Manager in Shared Services & Outsourcing for our Management Consulting practice.

Responsibilities:

• Advise KPMG clients through the global shared services and business process outsourcing (BPO) planning, deployment and management lifecycle
• Establish and standardize internal advisory tools and delivery frameworks
• Guide clients on alternative shared services delivery models including captive centers, joint ventures, spin-offs ,and hybrid sourcing relationships

Qualifications:

• A minimum of five years of BPO and shared services experience including specific functional area experience in information technology as well as a minimum of five years of experience with an advisory firm or service provider providing sourcing, such as outsourcing and shared services, with emphasis in global BPO
• Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university; MBA or advanced degree from an accredited college/university preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to manage teams and complex work streams and gain the confidence and respect of senior level executives
• Experience in account relationship growth and business development
• Travel may be up to 80-100%
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
