KPMG is currently seeking a Managing Director in Integration & Separation for our Deal Advisory practice.

• Lead creation and implementation of integration and/or separation services for clients in a variety of industries
• Direct business development initiatives focused cross industry
• Lead cross-functional teams in developing and implementing client services and lead client interviews, workshops, and industry research through secondary and primary resources
• Manage the development and presentation of final client deliverables
• Oversee the quality of client engagements and the development of staff

• Twelve years of experience in developing and implementing mergers and acquisitions (M&A) integration and separation services within a consulting advisory firm or corporate planning, development, or management function
• Eight years of experience working with or for clients cross industry
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college; MBA from an accredited college/university preferred
• Experience managing multiple, complex initiatives and with the complete M&A life cycle
• Ability to travel up to seventy five percent of the time
