KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, to join our Real Estate Organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee, update and analyze real estate occupancy planning, headcount and seat count metric and reporting
  • Create and present occupancy utilization reports
  • Maintain and track space plans for KPMG U.S. offices
  • Provide real estate and space program planning project updates
  • Liaise and present to various KPMG internal stakeholders and leaders updates and summaries on space planning
  • Identify, organize and develop space planning and data quality improvement projects

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years of data and planning analysis experience, preferably within a commercial real estate, large corporate or similar commercial space environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design or from an accredited college or university; Master’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
  • Experience working with Excel, and creating and utilizing pivot tables
  • Competence with data analysis, data accuracy and database management
  • Strong project management, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse team of resources
