KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Developer, to join our KPMG Technology Organization.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for the Agile process throughout the complete life cycle
• Participate in daily scrum meetings and Agile development methodology and process
• Provide day to day technical administration including upgrades and release management, analyzing log files, configuration file changes, installation and configuration documents (runbook), upgrade validation/testing, change control, and technical issue/problem resolution
• Participate in the development and maintenance of appropriate project technical documentation including design, configuration, installation
• Design, construct, implement and support software that meets the business requirements
• Coordinate and supervise software construction done by developers; lead, moderate or participate in code reviews

Qualifications:

• Minimum three years of diverse work experience in systems analysis and software development
• Minimum two years of experience as Scrum Master for a software development team; experience tracking work through ServiceNow SDLC Scrum/Agile Development module
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience; First level Scrum Master certification( PSM I CSM)
• Strong understanding of the development and release processes in ServiceNow, including experience with Team Development
• Experience being on multiple Scrum teams in a variety of different contexts (e.g. different team sizes, different organizations, different cultures, co-located vs. distributed)
