KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, to join our Global Information Protection Organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive release and engineering management of the Global business and technology products; serve as single point of engineering contact on assigned ITS Global projects
- Subject matter expert or sufficient hands-on experience in Microsoft technologies, Confluence and Jira technology, Autonomy, Linux, Oracle, Data Analytics and different infrastructure and application engineering areas
- Interact with ITS Global project teams, key stakeholders from Global functions such as Global Audit, Advisory, Tax and technology vendors such as Microsoft, HP, ServiceNow to understand the business requirements, technical requirements, solution design and deployment architecture
- Define and be responsible for the deployment and release management plan of ITS Global technology solutions in ITS Global development, QA, staging and production environments
- Lead onsite and offshore engineering and release management team for each assigned ITS Global projects
- Define resource requirements and allocate required resources (including offshore team members) to support 24x7 release cycle
Qualifications:
- A minimum of five years of related work experience preferably in a professional services firm
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
- Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of performance monitoring and capacity analysis
- General understanding of various IT security concepts and controls as they relate to enterprise application and enterprise environment; familiarity with ITIL
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
