KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate in our Cognitive Lab, to join our National Organization.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with internal or external stakeholders (clients) to assess a proposed use case, provision necessary data for technical analysis, document current state workflows for cognitive disruption, prepare quantitative and qualitative benefits case and respective models
- Manage mapping of technical and business requirements, support technical design architecture development, prototyping, testing, and training
- Establish collaborative relationships with stakeholders or clients, demonstrate a clear understanding of digital labor application to each respective use case
- Act as a project advocate and point of contact for risk and issue management while contributing to the improvement of overall project management capabilities, delivery of solutions to clients, leverage project management knowledge across the organization, and support client facing activities and go to market efforts, on an as needed basis
- Understand, integrate, and align with KPMG Technology (“KTech”), as well as other operational and business process owners; work with KTech and Cognitive Automation technical Lead to prepare an estimated cost for a pilot and/or configure and train solution.
- Facilitate and lead post project reviews to cultivate a 'learning organization'
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant consulting project management or industry experience
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
- Experience in developing business cases and drawing tangible connections between strategy and financial-success metrics is preferred
- Strong project management skills with experience in organizing, prioritizing, planning, and executing projects from ideation through implementation
- Strong client relationship skills and excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to independently and concurrently manage 3 to 5 projects with minimal oversight/supervision and take major ownership in orchestrating effective workshops and interactive work sessions while building collaborative teams, with ability to influence, educate, and interact at various levels within the organization
