KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate in Shared Services & Outsourcing for our Management Consulting practice.

Responsibilities:

• Advise KPMG clients through the global shared services and business process outsourcing (BPO) planning, deployment and management lifecycle
• Establish and standardize internal advisory tools and delivery frameworks
• Guide clients on alternative shared services delivery models including captive centers, joint ventures, spin-offs, and hybrid sourcing relationships

Qualifications:

• A minimum of three years of experience in BPO and shared services
• Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university
• Experience with an advisory firm or outsourcing service provider, preferably with an emphasis in global BPO
• Knowledge of service portfolio management and outsourcing supplier governance including procurement services, contract management, vendor management, supplier governance model design, and implementation or optimization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Travel may be up to 80-100%
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
