KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our Innovation Lab.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the research team to design and develop compelling representations of findings, key insights, and data through visualization, illustrations and other graphic elements
- Use design to frame concepts and research in new ways to help the team discover the connections between information
- Design and maintain presentations, live scribing, visualizing cutting edge research, posters, packaged materials, and marketing work
- Utilize knowledge of visual design and media with a grounding in illustration, typography, and visualization/info-design
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of professional experience in the visual design field.
- Bachelor's degree in Design or similar program from an accredited college/university
- Ability to listen to a speaker and transcribe the information in a visual manner, being comfortable in front of a group graphically recording the discussion in the form of hand drawn illustrations, capturing the key conversation points as images
- Ability to work in an agile, adaptable, dynamic, fast-paced environment, deal with complexity and ambiguity, and understand the work the team does to apply design thinking to solve complex business challenges
- Organizational skills - Ability to work on different projects and deliver high quality deliverables in committed time frames
- Expertise with Adobe products, (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign); strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Point, Word, Excel and Outlook; ability to learn new analytical tools
