KPMG is currently seeking a Solutions Lead – Healthcare & Life Sciences, to join our Advanced Analytics Organization.

Responsibilities:

• Works closely and continuously with internal and external client stakeholders to gather and prioritize solution requirements around; Market Share Analytics, Alternative Payment Models, Revenue Cycle Analytics, Quality Measurement, EHR optimization, compliance analytics, population health management, or outcomes based reimbursement
• Defines and manages solution requirements backlog & works closely with scrum team to refine overall scope and detailed requirements and verify/validate solutions during development
• Works closely with internal and external stakeholders to oversee beta testing of solutions and structured gathering and analysis of client feedback from beta tests
• Provides outbound marketing support (collateral, solution documentation, sales training, presentations) for solution go to market
• Continuously engages with clients and stays in touch with market trends and competition to plan and prioritize solution enhancements for deployed solutions
• Develops and maintains solution roadmaps working closely with content and technology stakeholders

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software product or solution management in Healthcare or related fields with a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical or business field with an advanced degree preferred from an accredited college or university
• Experience in working closely with scrum teams in agile product/solution development methodologies – experience in carrying out the Agile Product Owner within a scrum is a plus
• Experienced with TFS or Jira Tools for project/solution development
• Familiar with requirement management tools such as Caliber or Enterprise Architect as well as hands-on software acceptance testing and validation
• Strong communication; writing and verbal (including public speaking and presenting to technically diverse audiences)
• Experienced in health care and life science markets and applications and related data and analytics needs and solutions; familiarity with health care information system and medical device regulatory landscape and compliance
