KPMG is currently seeking an Associate/Sr. Associate Forensic Technology Data Analytics in Forensic - Technology for our KPMG Risk Consulting practice.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Advisory financial services clients in evaluating, validating, enhancing, and automating financial crimes systems such as anti-money laundering, sanctions systems, and fraud prevention/detection systems
- Perform scripting and software development to create financial crimes models and challenge client vendor models
- Assist in innovation initiatives to build out technology solutions and service offerings
- Write reports summarizing project work conducted for review by KPMG project leadership and ultimately the client
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics
- Experience with common data science toolkits, such as R, Python, SAS, SPSS, etc. and machine learning
- Skills in programming languages C# and SQL is a plus
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Additional Qualifications for Senior Associate:
- Minimum of two years of relevant professional experience
- Exceptional interpersonal skills demonstrating the ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior executives and team members to generate new business relationships and projects
