KPMG is currently seeking a Sr. Associate in Customer & Operations for our Management Consulting practice.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in client engagements and work streams related to Work & Asset Management solutions for medium/large Power & Utility clients
- Serve as a resource and key team member on client projects and help ensure timely delivery of results
- Perform hands-on analysis on client data to develop deep insight and identify actionable profitability improvements initiatives
- Review the work product of associates and provide direction and training as necessary
- Execute Financial (EVA) Modeling & Business Case Development
Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of management consulting experience implementing complex Work & Asset Management solutions for medium/large Power & Utility clients (1million+ customers) and leading delivery teams
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, engineering, operations analysis or a related field from an accredited college/university; MBA from an accredited college/university preferred
- Extensive knowledge of enabled business processes, technical configuration and integration, data requirements, testing, and program and change management
- Experience with Maximo preferred; other WAM solutions such as SAP-PM, Oracle WAM, CGI ARM, ABB Ellipse or IFS is a plus; general understanding of business operations (Front, Middle and Back Office)
- Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Travel may be up to 80-100%
