KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate in CIO Advisory for our Management Consulting practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess client’s End User Computing (EUC) and Workplace technology, evaluate rationalization opportunities, sourcing options / economic models, and recommend strategic direction
  • Assist in defining strategies, roadmaps, policies and standards for end user computing, workplace technology and mobility solutions
  • Lead in planning, design, build and implementation of end user technical solutions and relevant operational processes as per the defined strategy and roadmap
  • Lead in vendor selection and management for end user services including the installation, configuration, delivery, maintenance and monitoring of components and services, in accordance with defined roadmaps, strategies, policies and standards
  • Provide project and program management functions for end user service improvements and transformation programs
  • Evaluate and mitigate risk on new and existing transformation programs and ability to do cost analysis, using standard financial concepts, to determine the impacts of technical decisions

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in workplace/end user service design and management; prior consulting experience in the delivery of IT advisory services is preferred
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field
  • Extensive knowledge of broad range of relevant EUC technologies and tools such as, End user device management/support, mobile device management (MDM) and enterprise mobility management (EMM) suites and procurement of end user devices and services including managed services
  • Experience with mobile telephony, voice, unified communications (UC) and device support, desktop support services and process design (on-site and remote) and image definition and device build/deployment process and tool
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as technical, analytical and problem solving ability; willingness to travel up to eighty percent of the time
