KPMG is currently seeking a Technology Operations Analyst, to join our Tax Transformation and Technology Organization.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the analysis of existing and proposed business operations for a client facing application and responsible for maintaining the system architecture by working with Business and Technology teams
• Identify project requirements by analyzing operations; determine project scope and document results; oversee the creation of tickets and scripts to be pushed and pulled from IT in order to update the calendar and system interfaces
• Implement recommendations to identify bottlenecks, improve efficiency and enhance business capabilities
• Develop problem solutions by studying application capabilities; analyze alternative solutions; prepare system specifications
• Maintain application by researching and resolving problems; maintain system integrity and security; maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
• Configure and customize business architecture based on input from key business stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Minimum of seven years of Operations Management experience with a Financial Services Institution or Professional Management Consulting Firm
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
• Experience creating Operations Analysis, RFI/RFP, Gap Analysis, Standard Operating Procedures
• Exposure to Operational Process improvement; present with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Have an understanding of Application/Systems and technical terminology
• Experience with or knowledge of SQL, DB Management and business modelling tools
